Abstract
The article aims to offer some reflections center on the difficult and contradictory construction of a civic identity that seeks to link the Republican base and/or democratic with governing principles that rules functioning of the market. Consequently, the problem of citizenship does not refer them to consider only the field of rights and guarantees issued by the social contract, but to think about integrating strategy designed to legitimize practices that transcend the legal order and join the capitalist rationality. Accordingly, it is not essentially the face of citizen voters, but those appearing since the dawn of the neighborhood through different experiences societal (tax payer, a producer of goods, consumer).
