Evolución productiva de la agroindustria azucarera de Morelos durante el siglo XIX: una propuesta de periodización

Abstract

This work analyzes last decade's proposals on the evolution of sugar production in Nineteenth century central Mexico. It questions the 1810-1868 crisis periodization because it influences the perspective and relative value of the great technical productive changes in the agroindustry of the latter part of the century.
